Validator optimization

Choosing validators is hard. We take that headache away by analyzing verifiable on-chain data to curate validators. We look at: performance, commissions, decentralization, and more to ensure you receive the highest rewards while also contributing to the strongest validators. These parameters will evolve over time and we may add additional criteria to make sure your stake is optimized at all times. The following list shows the parameters used to select validators today:

• Performance (sign rate) for the past 7 days

• Commission rate for the past 7 days

• Commission change rate

• Jail history (has the validator ever been jailed)

• Active history (how long has the validator been active for)

• Supermajority validator (how big is the validator)

The validator optimizer will be constantly reviewed and updated to help ensure users are staked with awesome validators.
